Imaginary Venice

Millions of tourists visit this Italian city every year. Counting them and their photos, it’s hundreds of millions. The competition is incredible, even fierce. For example, on the famous Rialto Bridge, I practically had to fight with my elbows for a place to take photos. Ultimately – there and elsewhere – I decided on photos with abstract elements, in color, black and white, using long exposures – image stitching and the ICM technique. Perhaps I managed to capture a glimpse of this city’s magic.
